Dealer Warranty Return Policy and Procedure

The warranty return policy of Clearly Innovative Home and Office Products is as follows:

Standard cataloged products that fail per the company’s published warranty may be credited back to the dealer for the invoiced cost of the product excluding shipping or delivery charges. Written
description and cell phone photo of the failure must accompany dealer claim for credit. Company reserves the right to require the product to be returned for inspection before credit is given.

Custom made products which fail per the company’s published warranty may be replaced or credited at invoice cost excluding shipping or delivery costs.

Cost of shipping or delivering custom replacements will be at the customer’s expense.

Cash refunds requests will not be accepted.

All credits or replacements are at the discretion of Clearly Innovative Home and Office Products.
